Privacy notice
Last updated October 1, 2026
This notice explains what Lintel Watch collects when you join our waitlist or take part in our free pilot, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your email address (required).
- If you choose to give them: your name, company, role, city, number of buildings, and one building address.
- Whether you agreed to launch emails, whether you are open to a short call, and when you signed up.
How we use it
- To email you about the Lintel Watch launch and pilot.
- If you ticked the call box, to invite you to a short conversation about how you track building scores.
- To understand which buildings and cities to support first.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that host our website and database.
Free reports and alerts (pilot)
- We email a free report to the business address a property management company publishes itself, and record where we found it.
- When a report is opened we record that it was viewed, when, whether on a phone or a computer, which buildings or orders were opened, which email the link came from, how far down the report you read and for how long. We do not use cookies, advertising trackers or hidden images in emails, and we do not keep your IP address.
- If you answer a question in the report (for example "already fixed", a rating, or a comment), we keep your answer with the report.
- If you ask for alerts, we keep the email address you gave and the date and time you agreed. Every alert has a link to stop them.
- Unsent comments are kept only in your own browser, for up to 7 days, until they reach us.
- For each email we send, our email provider tells us whether it was delivered, bounced or marked as spam; we keep that with the address and subject, so we can fix or stop sending to a wrong address.
