A free portfolio report and alerts, for Toronto apartment managers
Lintel Watch reads the City of Toronto's public RentSafeTO records every night. During our pilot we are sending a few Toronto property managers a free report on their buildings, and alerts the morning after anything changes.
Every building you manage: open City orders and deadlines, what the City is asking you to fix, scores and sign colours.
If you want them: an email the morning after a new order, a deadline coming up, or a score change.
One tap to say what is wrong or out of date, and how useful the report is. We read every answer.
Where the information comes from
Only the City of Toronto's public open data: apartment building registrations (which list the manager of each building), RentSafeTO evaluations and investigation activity. We never show who made a complaint, and never show items inside tenants' units. Lintel Watch is not affiliated with the City of Toronto.
What we never do
- We never ask for a login, a password or payment details, in an email or on a report.
- Our report links always start with https://lintelwatch.com/r/. You can check a link here.
- Prefer not to click links? Reply to our email and we will send the report as a PDF.
- Reply "stop" to any email and we stop at once, for good.
